  I would give no stars if I could. My fiancé and I came to this restaurant on 08/26 and this restaurant gave us food that made my fiancé sick right before she had her wisdom teeth out. I tried to work it out with the restaurant they basically told me to go away. I tried to dispute it with my bank and they lied through their teeth to them. At this point I hope the health inspector shuts your nasty ass restaurant down. They have a customer service problem too. The guy at the window was high or didn’t care because we gave him the coupon and he harassed me for 20 minutes and left out part of my order. Great job guys your restaurant sucks and some of your employees need to go back to kindergarten and learn how to treat people. Do yourself a favor don’t eat here

  The lady manager that took my order was so rude and condescending. She was being so rude about trying to use some coupons it was unbelievable

  This is what I get for trying something different that steak sandwich sure looks good on the picture on the window $18 later without the meal $18 for just the sandwich full of a pound of slop literally looks like hamburger helper and gravy all one taste and impossible to eat because of how sloppy it was horrible horrible whoever made this. I hope you have the day you deserve. Update hey Arby’s I saw your response unfortunately Carl’s Jr. already took the if it doesn’t get all over the place it doesn’t belong in your face slogan. What I received was slop looks like something I would feed to pigs mind you I’m sure they would be very happy with it. Please do better and don’t make excuses.

  Giving my Experience today, it was a zero stars, but you have to put at least one star but It should be zero the old man that was at the drive-through today was so rude and disrespectful. When asking him about my order, he’s telling me like no that’s what you get. But I typically order this meal every single time I come through the drive-through but I was not going to just be there arguing with someone that clearly has issues. I just feel that if people are just having a bad day or they don’t like working with people they should not work the drive-through they should be in their washing the floors or doing something where he don’t communicate with customers. Because after today, I definitely will not be going back to this Arby’s me or my kids.
