  While the people are nice,you can't expect people to stand in line 10 plus minutes, just to have an order taken. The food is ok,but once you have put almost 30 minutes in,you would eat shoe leather. They focus on the drive thru,thats unacceptable. Pro Tip..if you do have someone willing to wait,offer them something. A small drink,some fries, SOMETHING.. Had i not had a code for a BOGO, I would have bailed. It's not rocket science..

  Normally not an Arby's fan(just dont like sandwiches) but my hubby wanted to go and I figured I could have the brisket sandwich. Not sure if the woman was a shift lead or a manager but I have not had the overwhelming positive attitude from someone is food service in a long time. She was so happy and positive smiling and joking with us. I enjoyed going in and thanks to her I will definitely be back. I was having a rough day and thanks to her smile and joy I felt better. Ps the brisket sandwich was pretty good too! I think im going to get a brisket Mac n cheese next! Thank you for making my day better.

  Slow is a understatement. This place sucks. Thats the nicest thing I can say about Arby's on Thomas. You need new employees that care around here. 20mn in the drive through is sad. One sandwich.
