  Bad customer service ordered didn't put our order into play gave us whatever they want go back in for our order and gave his attitude all zero Stars they don't want to deal with customers they must quit and as we sit here multiple people are going back inside with their receipts and their orders or something wrong with this Arby's is the Arby's by my house off of 35th avenue and Glendale never does this unless you're not connected two different Arby's two different branches who knows can't get ahold of corporate

  drove through the drive thru to be told the heartbreaking news that they’re out of roast?! Are you kidding me how are you out of your meat! I just got off my 6 hour shift and wanted to get some Arby’s just for them to have no roast and I’m not waiting 20 minutes for it come like what that lady said through the speaker.

  Tried to go to this Arby's location for dinner with my family to be greeted and asked if we were picking up an order or ordering in. We stated we were ordering in and as we stand there for a couple of minutes, the counter employee states that they have no roast and it will be at least 30 minutes to make more. That's like going to the gas station and them being out of gas. Or Starbucks and they have no coffee. What do you mean it's 6:30 pm on a Friday night and you are out of roast beef?? Now I know why we arrived there was literally no one there or waiting. Let's hope in the future this location is better prepared.

  High price for garbage food. I was excited to try there meat nuggets $9.99 for nine nuggets give me a break a buck a nugget they were not bad not sure how healthy they are. But I think I will cook my own. I can get a pound of grass fed hamburger for 5.99.

  So I'm doing this review because I'd like to know if any others are feeling this way also. I'm starting to feel like Arby's quality of beef has come down a bit. I keep trying it maybe once a month or so to see if maybe it was a bad day or my tastes buds are off. Because I don't eat a lot of beef so maybe my pallet isn't favoring beef any longer, but when I do eat beef I would like it to taste fresh and beefy and not extremely salty like Arby's beef taste like right now; and to me when you add so much salt your either hiding a not so good taste or your trying to preserve it longer, but lately I feel like the roast beef at Arby's has a bit of dead cow after taste I'm not sure that is the exact term I wanted to use but it definitely is not like I remember of much earlier days! idk, like I said maybe my pallet is off. But I keep trying it to see that it changes and it doesn't. I'm going to give the turkey a try again and see if that is better. I understand that in a world where everything has gone up in price so much that businesses either have to raise prices which puts them in a bad place or they opt for a cheaper version of product and that will also hurt them eventually. I'm not sure what's going on, but Arby's was one of my favorites because it was different than a burger. And Arby's is not the only place that I feel is doing this just trying to compete with rising cost and staying in business. It's not a good world we are living in right now. Everything is taking a punch!
