  I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my grocery delivery order today\. I originally scheduled my order to be delivered at 3:00 PM\. I was then notified that my order could not be fulfilled, but I was given absolutely no explanation as to why\. I was forced to select another delivery time, which was approximately three hours later\. This completely disrupted my dinner plans, although I was able to rearrange things and make the new delivery window work\. The replacement delivery window was scheduled for 7:00–9:00 PM\. What happened after that was completely unacceptable\. My order was not even started until after 9:00 PM, despite the fact that my scheduled delivery window had already passed\. At no point did anyone from the store or Albertsons contact me to explain the delay, provide an updated delivery estimate, or give me the option to make alternative arrangements\. I specifically planned my evening around receiving this order\. I did not eat dinner because I was waiting for my groceries to arrive\. Then, after the store was approaching/at its 10:00 PM closing time, I could see that my order had been shopped and fulfilled—but it was never delivered\. So now I have been charged for groceries that I never received, after spending my entire evening waiting for an order that Albertsons knew was not going to be delivered within the scheduled window\. What makes this even more frustrating is that the order was apparently shopped despite the store knowing that it was already too late to deliver it that night\. Why would Albertsons complete an order knowing it could not reasonably be delivered instead of contacting the customer and explaining the situation? I am also extremely concerned that the order may now be delivered tomorrow without my consent or without giving me an opportunity to select a new delivery time\. If I am not home when the groceries arrive, perishable and frozen items could spoil\. That would be an entirely avoidable consequence of Albertsons’ failure to properly communicate with me\. This was not simply a late delivery\. There were multiple failures throughout this experience:

  It was a good experience . I brought something that I never had before .. I wish I hadn't .. because the item was trash and I'll never buy it again .. cheez it do better you'll are definitely falling off

  I almost got hit by a car in the parking lot and when I confronted the driver, the security called the cops on me . Guess I'll go to a better neighborhood to grocery shop

  Clean, well-organized, good Meats section, very nice plants& flowers, easy to find what you want in the aisles.

  Produce and meat is sub quality. There are never any steaks. This is the second time I have bought hamburger meat in a 3 pound package so not cheap. In a cooler bag, in the car, in the refrigerator. Day two I go to take it out of the refrigerator and it’s rotten already. it’s crazy that Walmart has far better quality . The last thing I’m doing is dragging this rotten meat into the store to get a refund. I simply will never step foot in the place again.
