- AMAndrew MarmoApr 28, 20263.0It’s so annoying that I have to scan a QR code (that seldom works) to get the sale price on some items. WHY???? To track what I’m buying? They ask for my phone number at the checkout, couldn’t they just track my purchases there and just give everyone the sale price? STOP THE SCAN FIR THE SALE PRICE!!! Your customers are annoyed by it and you could market that you don’t have to jump through hoops to save at fry’s. They also did a remodel of the storm at my house, but the restrooms were not remodeled and every time I have to go to use it, it’s dirty and disgusting.

She got defensive when I pointed out how gross it is. It's bad enough I have to walk through smoke with my kids every time I am there, but now it's all over the carts my kids love to drive in too. Please teach your employees where an appropriate place would be to smoke. It's gross.

The meat counter staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with recommendations, custom cuts, and cooking tips, which makes a huge difference. The produce section is consistently fresh, well stocked, and easy to shop, and the store is clean and organized. Checkout is quick and the staff is welcoming. It’s a reliable, pleasant shopping experience every time I visit!
