  I was hoping to be able to give this franchise a higher rating, but it's really not good. While they were kind enough to let me taste the salted caramel, the cookie dough and the cheesecake and strawberry sugar free versions, they were all pretty much tasteless. I settled for the strawberry, since it had the most flavor, but that's not saying much. I took the 6-oz container and barely filled it up and it still cost me over $4 with tax! And, I was aghast to find that instead of providing complimentary water, as most frozen yogurt/ice cream stores do, they instead charge for bottled water! I guess there's no filter on any water in the store! Last, but not least, as I was sitting and talking with my friends while eating the frozen yogurt, it suddenly became very watery, even though the temperature was at a comfortable level in the store! Again, this was a disappointing visit.

  Really happy to have a new frozen yogurt spot in the area! 16 Handles has a great selection of flavors, and everything I tried was really good. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ve been to the other frozen yogurt spot down the street, Zoyo, and honestly, the service and overall experience at 16 Handles are noticeably better. It’s nice to have a place where the flavors are great and the people actually seem happy to be there.

  Plenty of options, including non dairy, vegan, and froyo. They had some toppings in the toppings bar I had never seen before like black and white cookies and soft cookie dough. They also have shakes. The space was very clean and fun, with plenty of seating.

  We went here today to celebrate back to school week. The service and cleanliness were impeccable, and the yogurt was delicious. My kids also loved the topping options. This is our new go-to yogurt shop!

  New, clean, friendly staff, great location and aesthetic/branding. However, you go there for the frozen yogurt. I don’t think I’ve ever had gross frozen yogurt before- until today. Nutella flavor was watered down, pistachios same, cookie dough- disgusting. I tasted my son’s frozen yogurt and indeed it had the taste of dirty water. Both my children said they will never come back and that’s really saying something for little kids. Yogurtini and Zoyo have consistent quality and flavors; hopefully this 16 handles location can adjust theirs.
