  So Friday night 30 min before closing I called and put in a order for delivery I was surprised that they took the order considering they were almost closing it took about a hour to get here but im sure they were busy its was a friday.. its gets here the pizza were still nice n hot but unfortunately they were both wrong today is Sunday and I call the store and told them about what happen and the Manager was apologetic and asked if he could replace them for me to rectify the issue said I could get them now or whenever I wanted !! Now that's what I call superb management!!! No fighting ,no arguing ,not any questions asked. Straight up apologized and replaced the issue. Now only if more managers were as good as this one . Im a manager at a car wash and I deal with people all day long and I know normally "the customers always right" thank you papa John's for your 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯💞

  They offer a menu deal for 11.99 but then then won't deliver unless you order 12.00+ and it always always comes out to 12.00+ anyways, what a ruse.

  I ordered delivery. The pizza came cold, they did not call me to let me know that the beverage I ordered was out of stock. And they're boneless chicken wings? Very soft breaded chicken nuggets that aren't even crispy. (Does not look like the picture they have on the website) A salad for $7 is expensive for a small side salad portion. Oh! And the soda they decided to bring for me if I wanted something else was completely warm. As if it was stored on a back shelf. Unfortunate as I've ordered Papa John's over the years but I never will from this location.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I come to this Papa John's location every single month through my program, Wrong to Strong, to pick up pizzas for our prison graduation events. Sometimes it’s for the women’s facility, sometimes for juveniles, sometimes for the Maricopa Reentry Yard—but no matter what, they show up every time. The owner and manager are always there, hands-on. You can tell this place is run like a family, and that matters. I believe in supporting family-owned businesses because I know what it takes to build something and chase that American dream. They’ve always taken care of me. Not just good service—real generosity. They’ve gone out of their way to throw in extra for the people we serve inside. That’s not business… that’s heart. This is what true hospitality looks like. Consistent. Respectful. Good people.
