  Whataburger the king of the fast food burgers has opened up a new location! The food has been great! On my most recent trip I had chicken strips with gravy! There was a wait time due to how busy they were but the server Ana was very nice and apologetic about the wait. There are so many good things on this menu. If you have never tried the onion rings I highly recommend them.

  Your store was super hot the AC was out and all of the workers looked over heated come on Whataburger u make enough money to have this fixed and its a new store what's up with that should not even been opened felt like an over in there couldn't even order

  Who in the WORLD is really running this place?? Is it management or the minions. Absolutely awful experience. We were SO excited to see a Whataburger close to us. THIS is not the way a REAL Whataburger services its customers. We are customers. We don't need attitude from the staff because we had the audacity to walk in when they were busy socializing. Sorry to have interrupted them. Tried serving us cold fries. Whataburger has the BEST fries, when done right. The burger buns were stale. Just get it done. Weed out the bad seeds and get people willing to actual put customer service first. In the meantime, we'll make the drive to Surprise, by Costco. Their food is ALWAYS A+, as is the attitude and customer service by the employees. This store is in a GREAT location. It will be busier, but the staff, and maybe management, needs to DO BETTER.

  I don't know why but every time I visit this location the fries are always cold and the root beer is always flat. I think there may be something off with the carbonation for the drinks. Also the fries are always cold. It may be a good idea not to make the fries and set them to the side until you get an order. It may be best practice like other whataburgers in the valley to make the fries fresh. I am about 5 minutes away from this location moving forward I'm just going to drive that extra 10-15 minutes to go to a Whataburger that makes their food fresh, that's what your known for right?

  Big fan of waterburger and was super excited to see this new location as I travel through this way often for work. Unfortunately, the 2 times I've been here so far have both been very unpleasant experiences. My first stop for was for breakfast through the drive through and I'm not sure why but my food was in a bag Just sitting at the window with the girl standing there for maybe ten minutes. She never opened the window to say hi or ask me to pay. And then when someone else finally came over, it was the same bag that had just been sitting there. Much more egregious, is the chicken sandwich I got today at 730 am. I have a whataburger by my house and I know for a fresh chicken sandwich in the morning It takes about 8 min. Now, I don't know if they cooked this on the surface of the sun or what, But it was so overcooked more than if my in-laws made it. Really hoping they can tighten things up at this location as I will be traveling through here often in the future
