  We ordered 2 taquitos, hasbrowns and an apple pie. We were the only ones there and had several people behind the counter come ask us what we were waiting on which was weird. Someone finally said it was the apple pie we ordered that was taking awhile so we asked for the other items. One of the burritos was wrong and they were lukewarm from sitting awhile. We ate and were still waiting on the pie. We asked again, and the guy said he'd go check- he said it just dropped and he was making us 2 or we could switch it out for something else since apple pies take awhiel to cook. That would mean restarting the wait if we switched it... and they had waited over 30min to even drop the first one? We ended up leaving without the apple pie. Wild fast food experience.

  The staff does their job, and the food looks great, but I have to be honest when I say that certain Whataburgers have male customers that drive me away from Whataburger, entirely. This location had that effect on me today, as I waited in line, and put up with one of them near me.

  Idk what happened but we went for their breakfast. Food was given to us in a timely manner but they made us pull forward because the coffee wasnt ready...so we wait, we got our got coffee. We came home opened up our food. The food is good. But the coffee didnt "feel" right. As we pour it out, it is filled with coffee grind, like A LOT OF grind sitting at the bottom of the cup. Pls if you are going to make a customer wait for a certain item, please make it correctly and do not give something made wrong or prepped wrong.

  I got my order that I payed almost $40 for. And I’m wondering how you can look at these nasty, green tomatoes, and think it’s acceptable to put them in someone’s food? I mean I would expect this from McDonald’s but c’mon guys! I love Whataburger but this is unacceptable. Do better!

  Well, I was disappointed in my Burgers today they were still pink on the inside and definitely not warm , when you have to come home and reheat your food just to eat it . that's not worth it to me. The first couple of times I have been at this location burgers have been awesome. Not this time I thought you guys were better than all the rest, even the French fries were still cold. Come on guys make fresh food don't cut corners .
