  Worst Taco Bell location. Orders are constantly wrong, they forget hot sauce, and they can never seem to find online orders (even though we ordered 5 mins ago). They ran out of ground beef? Combined with the poor customer service and lack of concern, I’m done coming here. These issues have been going on for years with no improvement.

  Got home to rush back for work to find out I was missing food items and couldn’t go back so now I’m out $

  I went through the drive thru on Mothers Day. I ordered 2 been burritos extra onion for my trip home to Kingman AZ. While driving down HWY 74, I pulled out a burrito to find it cold. I believe these were premaid.

  Since my online order was drive-thru, I didn't bother to take my Mango-flavored beverage back into the store. Instead, I called to report a weird situation with the drink to the female manager. It had a lot of small marshmallow-light items floating between the ice & the lid & the beverage itself had an usually strong chemical taste. After tasting one of the small floating curds (Mango flavoring pellets, perhaps?) & two tentative sips of the beverage, I trashed it. Why I'm writing this review is due to the exceptional customer service I was given by the manager. On two (or more) apologies to me for my negative experience and as many attempts to let her "make thing right", I reassured her each time that it wasn't necessary to make anything up to me, but I simply thought it required further investigation, so customers didn't have similar experiences; she told me at least twice she would investigate the situation immediately & I know she did. Big-Time Kudos to this TB Manager!!!

  I've held off writing this review out of hopes the service would improve over time but it just hasn't. This is my local Taco Bell and I would like for it to be better. I seem to not have any problems when I go on off hours. But I've had multiple drive thru and mobile orders where there were multiple missing items. I've resorted to counting the items every time it's handed to me in the drive thru before I leave the lane, and have caught missing items. This time was the worst but for an entirely different reason. I sat in line at the drive thru box with a line behind me for a total of 20 min, waiting to have someone take my order. When I'd ask, I'd either get no response for a few min or a statement that they're short staffed and they'll take my order in a second, only for it never to happen. After 20 min and several of these runarounds, I ask if I can just drive thru because I don't want to get stuck in the lane, and if I should warn the rest of the drive thru line, and all I get is a "sure". I understand the short staff issue, but some honest communication would've saved me some time and less screaming from my hungry kids in the car. I took my money elsewhere. This happened a half hour before this review is posted in case management would like to do some customer service training.
