  5/11/2026 around 3pm Service has gone noticeably downhill over the last three to six months since management changed. The atmosphere, customer service, and overall experience are not what they used to be. There’s a newer woman working there who acts like she runs the place, yet constantly mispronounces customers’ names or repeatedly yells “WHO?” across the restaurant in a way that feels unprofessional and chaotic. What’s even more frustrating is that drive-thru orders seem to be prioritized over customers who are actually standing inside waiting. I placed a mobile order and waited over 15 minutes, and it still wasn’t ready by the time I arrived. That never used to happen under the previous management. The former managers treated customers with respect and made the experience enjoyable. Now the environment feels disorganized, dismissive, and poorly managed. Whether it’s a lack of professionalism, training, or communication skills, customer service should be improving — not declining. As a business owner myself, I sincerely hope upper management is paying close attention to the leadership and performance at this location, because the current standard is simply not acceptable.

  Can’t remember ever having to wait in a Taco Bell drive-through for more than half an hour when there was only a max of five cars in that line, not coming back to this one.

  Apathy and utter incompetence. There were several problems with my recent visit to Taco Bell. When we tried to ask questions on a specific menu item the customer service agent was not helpful and didn't try to help us with our questions. After that they gave us the wrong food. They never said thank you or you're welcome. They never summarized the order. They did not give us any hot sauce. We asked for two Waters and two sodas. They only gave us the sodas and we had to sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes. While they continue to look over and did not acknowledge our presence. They finally opened the window and we inform them that we ordered Waters. They did not apologize and begrudgingly-handed us the Waters that we requested. They did not say goodbye or Thank you. The lids were not on correctly and diet Cokes built on my wife. As somebody who works in customer service, I can guarantee that this experience will be something that I will use in future training sessions on what not to do. The employees were clearly incompetent and you could tell they didn't care about their job. I guess you get what you pay for. My customer service experience clearly demonstrates why minimum wage jobs should stay minimum wage. People go to Chick-fil-A for a reason and my recent experience at your Taco Bell reminds me of why. Given the low customer service expectations you have of your employees. I doubt that this review will even be read anyway.
