  Normally don't post about the bad customer service I get because at the end of the day its more about the food, but this was just blatant. Went in on Saturday. There was what looked to be an Indian girl that has a drifting eye working. Rather not name drop her. Story is I placed on order online. I went in when it was ready. She was taking an order at the register while another person was in line waiting to pick up like myself. As she is trying to finish the order 2 more people walk in. One gets in line to place an order while the other waits for pick up. Keep in mind she clearly saw each of us walk in at different times. After she gets done with the initial people in line that was there when i walked in she then asks the person that was ahead of me what their order was for pick up. Then she asks the person that came in AFTER me what her order was for pick up. After she hands her the order she then ignores me completely and goes over to the register to take the order of the person at the register and came in AFTER me as well. I clearly see a bag out there that has my name on it that is out in the open. So since she just ignored me I proceed to just go over and grab it. She then tells me "Sir you cant go back there" or something in relation to that. She then argues with me about how she is not going to give me my food, that of which is clearly there in plain sight ready to be picked up. I got tired of arguing with her so I told her to just continue to take this persons order that came in AFTER me. She takes her sweet time taking this persons order, even has the audacity to make small talk as she is taking the order to make me wait even longer. Then after she is done, she slowly walks over and gets the bag and gives it to me. If you don't believe me, watch the recording if you have them. This person seriously needs a lesson on customer service or maybe something as simple as attend to the people in order that they walk in the freaking door. Oh and food was mediocre at best. Might have something to do with me eating it annoyed.

  Sunday 08/02/2026. Didn’t get our order for over 40 minutes. 2 of 6 burgers came without fries 40 mins later we get two more burgers. Still not fries. Close to ONE HOUR LATER still NO FRIES AND NO BURGER. We were done eating and finally to theft get the burger and 2 fries to go thank the fries weren’t right. 2 times we’ve gone there. March of this year too. Service slow but we were the only ones there.

  I haven't eaten from Smashburger in years. Never really had a problem with them were found their food very extraordinary but I decide to order from here. Order arrived and the toppings are wrong or I got somebody else's order. The whole thing was just covered in greasy slime. The meat barely even covered 2/3 the width of the bun. Greasy sickness in the stomach after you finish a meal while trying to clean it off your hands just from touching the bun isn't worth ordering from here again.

  Smash Burger used to be my go to spot over time they have went up in price A LOT. This location is pretty nice you can sit down with plenty of room the service is not the best they have a bunch of teens in here working with no direction for the price of a cheeseburger with a fries and drink you can get a steak dinner at Texas roadhouse still a good burger though just wont here as often as I used too lol
