  Wasn't very pleasant teenagers running around all in the store, jumping on the counters, asking for free food, it was just not pleasant at all. The hamburger was was dry. No, nothing on the hamburger, just meat The kid, didn't. They didn't bring the fries, it was just unbelievably unpleasant. You couldn't even sit down and eat your food because of all the noise.

  How come all these locations have gone to shit. Maybe it’s this new format where there is no customer service at the front register. These guys can’t get the order right and you will wait a very long time.

  If the website says that the store is open at 5am, then the expectation is that I pull into the drive through at 5:05 and get the same service that I would at 11:30am. I understand that it’s “early”, but if I don’t show up to work at the start time- ready to work, then I will be fired.

  This location is really frustrating, there are some nice people who work there but then there are some that are high every time I show up. Also the amount of times ive gotten my food here and they dont give me all of my order is crazy its been like an every other time I get food here at this point. Yall need to do some additional training here or something its wild. Ive been here honestly an embarrassing amount of times and dont even want to post a review about it, but the amount of times ive had issues here is crazy. I see why they have only 1.8 stars.

  I’ve had consistently terrible experiences at this McDonald’s. The service is unbelievably slow—every single time I come here, I end up waiting at least 10–15 minutes anytime i’m in the drive through and recently I waited over 30 minutes just for fries. It’s beyond frustrating, especially for what’s supposed to be fast food. This isn’t a one-time issue either—it happens every visit. The staff seems unorganized and the wait times are completely unacceptable. Definitely needs serious improvement.
