  I have been to many McDonalds all over the Phoenix greater area and the world, this is easily the worst McDonalds consistently. I am unsure who is managing this location but it needs serious service help. I have come to this location close to 20 times and each time I hope that it is going to get better and I swear it gets worse. I’ve wait for 15 minutes for a Diet Coke, that’s it. I am currently in the drive thru lane and have waited 5 minutes for them to take an order and now am waiting 5 minutes for the person in front of me to pay, no one is getting food.

  I wish I could give this place a zero star! Google reviews are right, this is by far the worst McDonald location I’ve ever been to. Staff lacks training, disorganized, doesn’t know nor care what customers are requesting and can’t fulfill orders correctly. I stopped by at 2pm on a Thursday. Waited in the drive through lane for over 30 minutes, only to find out they only take orders in one of the lanes only. WHY CAN’T THEY JUST PUT UP A SIGN to let customers know!?!? Haven’t seen this level of incompetence and lack of care from any fast food place. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL TIMES!

  Worst McDonald’s ever! I placed an order for curbside pickup and waited in the car for more than 20 mins, only few cars in the drive thru lanes while I was waiting! Then, I had to walk into the restaurant and asked for my order, guess what? No one was in the restaurant! I don’t know what kept me waiting for so long, maybe because they were having a kitchen party? I rather drive 15 mins to another location in the future. This is unacceptable.

  I genuinely think all of Vistancia should petition to get this location shut down, so that we can put a better restaurant in. I've tried this location throughout the span of its opening and it's been terrible every single time. It's fast food, so I'm not expecting much of anything... but wow these guys love failure. Go to this McDonald's if you want to waste time in the drive thru or want missing items, cold food and having to repeat your order a million times. Y'all gotta figure it out, this is sad.

  I've given this place multiple chances over the last several months. And there are one or two recognizable associates that are on top of it and generally really good. But the overall consistency and this most recent experience has me leaving the lowest possible rating. I use the app to save me some time, and had no issues placing the order. But I waited in the Drive-Thru for about 25 minutes. I was told to pull up, asked multiple times about the order that was placed and what items were in the order. Cars behind me being served left and right. Eventually I had to go inside. Asked why my order wasn't ready, but given the unhelpful exist that they were backed up. Still didn't explain why everyone behind me was served. Finally got my food, but it was cold and sitting out. No refund, no gift card, barely an apology. Not fresh, not convenient, not friendly. Close your doors, clearly your people aren't ready.
