  Getting there i placed a mobile order, I tell the kiosk handler my code. He just says move to second window. They hand me my drink and said the food will be ready real soon. After 12 minutes, she says to move up to third window, we are waitingfor one more patty to cook. I wait, and wait, and wait... I must have seen 10-13 cars move past me at this point. I get fed up and move around to the drive up waiting area. I go inside after 20 minutes of waiting for a patty, ONE PATTY, ask for help to let them know I'm still here waiting for One PATTY. She asks about my order. No one knows who is what or when the order was being made at all! I am guessing the branch manager was eating his meal. Comes up and asks about the order, he says he's going to give me a full refund and the meal is on them. My break is all took up, I have to get back to work. I am not gonna have a chance to eat the food I waited for 35 minutes to get to my hands. I decide to just not eat and throw away the food that when cold not even my dog or cats will eat. Get it together McDonald's. Lost me as a patron, never again.

  This is what they tried to give me for a small chocolate shake. The kid employee didn’t see any issue with it but luckily another employee saw it and she agreed that it wasn’t right and remade it for me.

  Today I went through drive thru around 1:39pm Payed for my food When I went to the second window to receive my food the girl told me to pull up to the other window to receive my food so I did She handed over my food and I ask for ranch and ketchup please politely But it seems the girl didn’t liked that I asked for the sauce So I put the take out bag close to her so she can put the sauces and she throws them in there like shoving them which got me off guard cause I was being nice And she left and went back to the second window and started looking back to see if I was leaving I’m assuming because she noticed that I notice she shoved the sauces in the bag in a bad manner way The thing is how are the coworkers going to ask for what sauces I like to have and I tell them but when they gave me the bag there’s not sauces but they get mad when I ask for them even tho they didn’t put any from the start anyways that was rude

  They never get orders right . Always missing toppings. I specifically asked to make sure the onions were in the cheeseburger like they are supposed to be and they threw the onions in the wrapper instead of on the burger …. Seriously?

  I simply went through the drive-through to order one happy meal. When I went to the window to pick up my order, I was asked to pull forward to the following window. I waited over 20 minutes and saw multiple cars behind me receive happy meals and bags of food. This was the longest I’ve ever waited in a fast food drive-through and will never be going to this location in the future. When the worker finally realized that I was still waiting, she came hustling up to the window, almost as if she had forgotten about us.
