  I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and only received 8 nuggets when I opened them at home and my large fry was more like a medium fry completely unacceptable and upon ordering was given a attitude all because I didn’t hear what they said initially. Disrespectful and terrible service

  Not the easiest location to get into or to actually get inside of, let alone we were ignored inside and 2 customers were helped before us when we were there first and the PRICES, what happened McDonalds!!! Do better and fix this location and retrain the employees and bring those prices down, not a good experience at all

  Make sure you review your order before you leave. They completely gave me everything wrong and small drink when I ordered a large. Did not get what I paid for at all. To top it off they forgot about my parents order and waited for twenty minutes and until we ask and they had to make it. There was no line also and not busy.

  I was quick to order my food, knowing what I wanted for my grandkids when I paid. It was fine when I got to the area where they gave you the drinks the little boy told Told me it was gonna be a while he took my receipt so I parked install three it took over a half hour for them to get my food while everybody else was leaving. It was around 3:10 to 348. I waited never had to wait this long before I think McDonald’s needs to make a building over here near 83rd and grand there’s a lot of parking lot.

  me and my friend went in on our 30 min lunch break. i ordered a large fry and a cookie, my friend ordered a small value meal. we were waiting for over 20 min when we finally went up to the counter and the staff was ignoring multiple guests at the register already. the whole lobby was pissed that the employees were ignoring them and they had not gotten their food yet either. a woman who was waiting with us told us she had been waiting for 40 minutes. me and my friend had to go back to work so we left intending to come back after work to get what we paid for. we told one employee what happened and she gave it to another employee to start making when this worker named bree came out and was like what's the problem ? and we explained we had came in earlier and it was taking too long so we had to leave and come back later. immediately we were met with bree giving us attitude and saying "oh yeah well i threw that food away. i was calling for you guys a million times." like she was probably calling for us an hour after we ordered 💀. we ordered at 11 am. it wasnt that busy and the manager was standing on her phone. when we came back to get our food the manager was literally ignoring customers that were angry about the wait. we came back 5 hours later and they still didn't have it together. me and my friend didnt even get everything we paid for either. this place was a disaster 😬
