  Originally came here to get the steak egg and cheese bagel. It's $7.89. the other location on 75th avenue and Bell you can get the exact same sandwich for $6.99. so as an alternate I chose the sausage egg and cheese bagel for $6.99. I shouldn't have to check the sandwich before I go home! It's specifically says on the website that they put a creamy sauce on it. Not only was there no sauce on it all the cheese was stuck to the bagel and not the meat. We come here a lot! Do better. Disappointed that whoever made the sandwich did a poor job of just slapping the sandwich together like they were in a hurry

  I just went through the drive-through a few minutes to go to get my kid a 10 piece nugget and a refresher. The person at the speaker box was rude. Did not read the order back was rude. Taking my payment not very talkative at all. The guy who handed my food out, handed me my soda sideways got on his cell phone was texting. Somebody did not even acknowledge anything except for handing me my stuff rudely and saying here you go not to have a nice day not a thank you nothing customer service has really gone downhill. I called and spoke to the manager. She goes. Oh I’m so sorry that happened not I’ll speak to him not I’m gonna write him up not anything it’s ridiculous. I’m a general manager of a business and I would never allow my employees to act this way when someone orders something you read back the order Say thank you for coming in. Be polite. Be nice when you’re greeting somebody at the window hi how’s your day? Are you having a good day? Here’s your stuff. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again. Soon. Polite customer service. I don’t know what the hell this world is coming to, but these people want $20 an hour and don’t even deserve 10.

  Food was average McDonald's food. My shake was more like chocolate milk than a shake; but, everything else was good. The biggest problem I had is that the McFlury spoon broke as soon as I put it in my McFlury. The second biggest problem was curbside pickup as they only had 2 spaces and some random person who wasn't even getting curbside service was parked in one of the spaces.

  If I had - stars to give I would.. I paid for a large caramel macchiato they gave me a medium. The lid had a small crack and opening on the side, it was overfilled and leaked all over inside my car I just spent 3 hours detailing. No big deal things happen, what my issue is the same girl who told me off at the window said it was a waste of time and was giving poor attitude towards his and her workers. Never going on Saturday’s again don’t know the name of the worker but she has poor attitude and lack of respect for paying customers.

  Immediately as I walked in I was treated I believe by a male manager. It rarely happens that I’m greated within 5 minutes from any McDonald’s let alone with a smile.
