  Honestly , WORST location. They make you wait EXCESSIVE time just to get cold stale fries , no sauce and messed up orders. It pretty crazy. Also one time was told they couldn’t remake my coffee after them getting it wrong because they were “ really busy “ .. that’s not a excuse to mess up orders or give people half ass made food / drinks. Come on McDonald’s people are paying costumers !!!

  The employee skipped our order and delivered the the vehicle behind us first. She came out with a bag and asked if it was ours we said no and she confirmed our order then brought the food back in. Then proceeded to have us wait for 18 minutes. I then decided to walk in and speak with the manager. The employee came into the restaurant lobby and yelled Manage at the top of her lungs. Then walked behind the counter and got the manager. On her way in an older skinny lady with face tattoos asked if I was a problem. The young lady who walked in and yelled said “si”. The manager came up and I explained that we waited 18 minutes for the food. She said well we don’t give refunds only returns so I’d need to bring the food back. The food was cold the iced coffee was supposed to be caramel and it was not. I understand it is a McDonald’s however it is customer service. The employees laughing in front of my face and yelling to the entire restaurant I need a manager was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. It is hard enough for someone to need to file a complaint. The employee staff was full mind you in the kitchen so I am unsure why we waited for that long for cold food.

  Worst cutomer service ever got old saggy neck had to yell to get someone attention and then got attitude even the manager is rude they need to be fired

  I would not go to this McDonald's ever! How many cancer survivor and all I asked was to have them honor a $2.45 coupon number which they pulled up. They treat you like animals here!!!

  I decided to give this McDonald's another try and again completely unsatisfied. The bun was hard. Burger wasn't even warm. Cheese isn't melting absolute disgrace. Prices are higher than other McDonald's. They don't honor deals like other ones do. I will not ever come back to this McDonald's again. I'd rather drive 10 mi away than have to go to this one.
