    Asked for a burger with cheese and ketchup only and they went and hit the onions in between 2 patties . The lengths these people go to mess up your order lol

    This McDonald's is extremely nice the interior is well decorated and has lots of seats. Whether you want a quick frappe or a full meal use your app for the best prices.

    ERIC you should be ashamed of yourself, you have terrible management skills. Your crew treats customers like crap, we are why you all have a job! Your crew does not ever get orders right. Then when they get it wrong they take it out on us. You should no be a gm! You clearly don’t care!

    I guess customer service has changed a lot with the new generation, since I worked fast food almost 20 years ago. Long story short, they got the order wrong more specifically two burgers were incorrect. When I called, spoke with a manager named Claire, she offered to replace the two burgers. But nothing else and a bare minimal sorry at the end. Nothing extra for me to do a 25-minute round trip with a pickup truck with gas prices these days. Back in the day, I would at least offer a free dessert or even a free combo meal. Of course replacing the two sandwiches correctly, does not count as customer service to me. I already paid for them. Those Burgers are my property. You owe me those. I own them because I paid for them. What you should be focusing on, is to make up for the bad experience. And the inconvenience for both time and money for me to go back there and get the correct food which I already paid for. Of course, I'm not going to go back now, just to get two burgers. I'm already disgusted by this experience. They can keep my burgers.
