  Waiting for food for 15 minutes after I checked in for curbside pickup. They weren't even busy, which makes it worse.

  Every-time I come never fails… something is always missing or the order is wrong… Please pay more attention to the ticket order. This is horrible. Won’t be coming back.

  I ordered a caramel iced coffee at the drive thru and when I finally got to the window I asked the woman why it took 25 mins. It’s only a coffee. She responded to me very rudely pretty much saying she was lazy. Date was 04/26/2026 around 5:55 pm

  This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations ever my order is never correct and it is the longest wait I’ve ever had to wait at a McDonald’s every time I order online it takes 45 minutes to get my food then it’s wrong and nobody ever mans the new counters at any of the McDonald’s so you have to spend 10 minutes waiting at the counter for somebody to actually respond to you standing there or you have to walk back into the kitchen just to get somebody’s attention

  I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald’s today. I went through the drive-thru with my two young kids specifically for the Huntrx meal deal, and the entire visit was a mess from start to finish. First, the intercom was extremely hard to hear. I repeatedly told the employee I couldn’t understand her, and she kept asking me to repeat myself. There was also no signage anywhere saying they were out of the Huntrx meal boxes—something a lot of kids are clearly coming for. When I asked if we could still get the cards separately, the employee initially told me yes. So I placed a full order for six people while my kids sat there excited, thinking they were still getting what they wanted. After finishing the order, I was then told “never mind,” that the cards could NOT be given separately unless I paid $12 for a specific meal. At that point, I had to tell my kids—who had just heard her say yes—that they weren’t getting the cards after all. At the window, I tried to use a 20% off code from the McDonald’s app, and the employee kept saying it wouldn’t work without offering any help. I asked to speak to a manager, hoping for some understanding, but there was zero empathy. While I was explaining the situation, the same employee who took my order stood behind the manager smirking and smiling. When I pointed out how disrespectful that felt, SHE responded, “I’m allowed to smile.” We were also told we could not sit in the drive-thru to double-check our order and had to pull into the parking lot. Because of that, I didn’t check everything right away. When I got home—with kids already disappointed—I found out the Happy Meals didn’t even have fries. On top of that, we asked for barbecue, buffalo, and ranch for 14 nuggets and only received one ranch and one barbecue. Between the poor communication, lack of signage, misinformation, missing food, and dismissive attitude, this was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. I won’t be returning to this location.
