  I ordered curbside delivery and left a tip, but they failed to bring it out. I ordered it at 7:10 and, when I finally went inside I was told that they were busy with closing duties. I'm sorry, but this staff should be replaced. When I opened my sandwich, it wasn't even what I ordered.

  1st delivery was wrong address the gal said she could find my unit so she left it down the road at a neighbors house I don’t know. She said she would remake it. The sandwich was great but the cucumber salad was clearly expired and had no label on it for an expire date. I have had JJ in a long time because of poor quality and customer service. The questionable thing is does JJ do breakfast? Brunch? Huh? I thought this was a sandwich place. If you have multiple cousins- let’s talk

  Sandwich had no cheese and 1 piece of meat. Ridiculous for what you pay. Will not return. I will stick with Jersey Mike’s

  I literally walked in ordered not even done filling up drinks and my food was done! I am a GM at a restaurant and let me tell you busy or not this was fantastic survive! Staff was engaging and I am going to be back for sure !
