  I’ve never had problems with jamba before and this was my first time trying this specific store and when we first came in we stood at the register without even getting any help for a few minutes and when we did get help the lady at the register was very unwelcoming and just very short. Then we finally got our food and our smoothie was made wrong and melted and very sour and two of the bowls i ordered were made wrong and when I came back in to have them remake it they were extremely unprofessional and just laughing about how they messed the order up and they were just moving extremely slow and just disrespectful. They ended up remaking one of the bowls and fixing the other one and ended up giving me the old bowl but it’s still the fact about their attitude and how unprofessional they were being towards customers and I understand this isn’t that serious of a job and they were probably teenagers but you still need to know a time and place for how you talk and what you say.

  Well I was having a happy Thursday coming in for a nice smoothie and the front desk lady with glasses she doesn't acknowledge anybody she doesn't smile I don't even know why she's working there. She has the attitude she was slamming the blenders around I saw she had a big order but still that's what you're getting paid for and that's what you signed up for or maybe you had to look for a different job this needs to be handled I switched around went to a different location and they're all smiles they greeted you when you go inside it's a nice vibe this location the managers need to get involved especially in the morning time please switch up employees that lady in the morning with glasses needs to go they are very slow as well

  Very bad customer service the lady with the glasses on in the front in the morning around 945AM. doesn't smile doesn't acknowledge any customers she always has her head down maybe she doesn't want to work maybe the managers need to look into that and put somebody else in the morning like in the afternoon and evenings those employees always smile greet customers.. very slow also when making the orders here waiting over 20 minutes for one drink that's ridiculous

  Me and my husband went in and ordered 2 FUSION BOWLS , which come with the frozen stuff and Greek yogurt , on one I ordered Nutella drizzle . When we got our bowls my Nutella was not on it ! I went to the counter to ask for my Nutella drizzle , the employee styles hesitated as if I was wrong and then just offered me a very little cup of it . Then we noticed half way through our bowls that there was not even any yogurt in either bowl . I went up to the counter and asked for it to be made right for a future order since we were half way done . Styles the employee was very rude and unprofessional and had her hand on her hip saying well what do you want us to do , I said forget it and walked away . We love Jamba Juice but not this service and it’s unacceptable!
