She accused me and my elderly client of fraud because I tapped my clients card for her because she was unable, and Ginger stopped her register told us we were being fraudulent and wouldn’t allow us to go on any further with our transaction. She verbally assaulted us. We had done nothing wrong. It was confusing to my client and it angered me. I am absolutely shocked that Fry’s allows this person in a customer service role. Ginger needs to be educated and hidden away from the public because she is an absolute disgrace. If a person suffers from a disease and cannot do certain things, sometimes a care provider has to step in to assist. Ginger was loud, obnoxious and totally upset my Client and myself. Her behavior was unacceptable and flat out ignorant!! How dare you ( Fry’s) have people like this working for you!! Training is needed!
