I am so frustrated and disappointed in what was prepared for me at Five Guys. It had been years since I did this establishment. Tonight, I wanted to indulge in the burger and Cajun fries I remember I used to love. It was by far the saddest burger I have ever seen or tried . Look at the images and the video. Something has changed. Why does the meat patty look like it has been glued together. No seasoning or enough sear on it. It tasted as if it was eating a plain meatball. After I got a bite in, everything fell apart. You will see in the attached video, such soggy bread. And the fries, plain unsalted even though I ordered Cajun style. For $15 , this below mediocre and unacceptable. I am sticking to In-n-Out.

This was probably the worse burger I have ever ordered in my life. Literally if bun was wet enough that couldn’t hold it… as if it were dipped in water. Fries were cold. Wasn’t an anamoly, wife’s was the same. ANY burger, McDonald’s, Wendy’s is better quality. You’ve been warned… UPDATE: After writing this review, they wrote a public repsonse sending me to a generic contact us link. I thought about replying but after seeing the page - with 20 fields - I realized they aren’t aserious business… just want us customers to do their QA - after paying serious premium prices. If they were serious, they’d have a mechanism to deal with complaints that puts the onus on them, not the customers. Lowering my service rating to 1 star.

I was very unimpressed with my visit. After not trying this place for a long time, I decided to order my meals, expecting a great burger given the prices. Unfortunately, I was let down. The burger was dry and significantly overpriced for the quality. I honestly feel I could get a better burger at Burger King. I will never return to this restaurant again.
