    I had an issue with my drink on two different occasions, and honestly, I was getting to the point where I didn’t want to keep coming back to this Dutch Bros location. But Ally completely turned that around for me! She listened to my concerns, made sure everything was taken care of, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Her customer service is truly outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Ally is THE BEST! She is definitely the reason I’ll keep coming back to this location. Thank you, Ally, for turning my experience around! ❤️👏🏽

    As usual the customer service was amazing! Diana was so sweet and funny. She made the experience feel persona,l like I was talking to a long time friend! And thank you for the drink suggestion, it was amazing. Thank you for being amazing when my day was crazy already

    The manager Cassi was the sweetest, most attentive person ever. My mom and I are in town due to medical issues and we stopped by for coffee before a long day of treatment and procedures. Cassi brought a smile to my mom’s face I haven’t seen since she got sick and she hasn’t stopped talking about her since. You have an angel on earth working there.

    I can not say enough about the 2 experieces I had at Dutch Bros. As a creature of habit I only frequented Starbucks. On a whim and close proxcimity, we stopped at Dutch Bros. in Rialto, Ca. THe menu was amazing! (a bit overwhelming tbh) As I chatted with the team member, I mention this was my first time trying the coffee. He smiled the BIGGEST smile and said "This is on the house! Welcome to the family!" The second visit was in Peoria AZ. I was having trouble downloading the APP. The girl was so patient as she helped me (For some reason the APP did not appear in the APP store!) AGAIN---she said the coffee was on the house because I could not access the new member drink. Guess what? I bought shares in the company....this is how customers should be treated...bye, bye Starbucks

    I HIGHLY recommend this Dutch Bro!!! If you are new to Arizona or not, this is the absolute Dutch Bro🔥 👌 💯 😍 🙌 👏 spot to go. Manager Cassandra is a very pleasant and outstanding person. She was helpful and patient with our order. No rush and gave us the options without any hesitation. I Truly admire her personality and how she interacted with my teen. Just an absolute pleasure. Thanks to the crew she works with as well for making outstanding drinks!! Please go and get your drink here. Have a wonderful 😊 day!
