As I pulled up, I heard really loud conversation between a worker and her friend on the speaker. She began to take my order, she sounded completely monotone and arrogant from the start at. I ordered a customized drink at the drive-thru, and before I even drove off, the worker said over the speaker, “can you help me get this little stupid drink.” That was clearly about my order, and it was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As I pulled up to the window, another worker had to confirm my order again because the first one just said “Pull up to the window”. I don't know why this happened, I just wanted my drink and donuts.
