- BNBrook NortonAug 1, 20261.0My daughter ordered a mobile order and I told the lady on the speaker the name it was under and she said the opposite name from what I had told her, I get to the window and she asked the same question like we didn’t clear it up at the speaker . She just wanted to give me a a hard time. She was a heavyset white woman with blonde/ light brown hair. She works at customer service without the customer service skills. She made it seem like coming to this location and purchasing a coffee was only vip and I shouldn’t be there… after paying and her giving me a hard time to actually get the coffee that was already paid for online!!

I wanted to recognize this person this young lady named leanne I believe she said was her name when I asked her, As soon as I walked through the door was greeted immediately with a big smile even though she was busy with a customer in front of her with little kids, she still greeted me happily with a big smile she lit up the room and made me feel comfortable coming here to get my drink and not scared that i’m going to get terrible service. She was very nice and polite to the little ones in front of me. When it came down to me ordering omg amazing, Smiling the whole time she seemed so interested in everything I had to say, never lost eye contact very polite young lady I would come here every day if I got that customer service everyday we need more people like that! Shout out to that young lady leanne.

I had to put it together for me to eat it. It was not in the wrapper and I was not given a napkin. I was very disappointed in the service. It was not busy, when I went. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this establishment when I visit.
