  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I called for assistance placing an order because the app wouldn't allow me to split the payment between a gift card my son earned through school and my debit card. I had to call three times—I was hung up on twice before finally getting through on the third attempt. The woman who answered, who identified herself as the store manager named Nicole, was beyond rude and unprofessional. She answered with a snarky tone, saying, "You're the lady with the order of two pizzas and cinnamon bread," and immediately stated she couldn't honor the app's promotional deal over the phone. She offered a phone-order deal that was $2 more expensive. The $2 difference wasn't a big deal to me, but her hostile demeanor and condescending comments were completely unwarranted. While poor service is disappointing from any employee, it is especially unacceptable coming from a store manager. Pay attention to the negative reviews here—they are entirely accurate.

  Managers could really use a seminar on customer service and conflict resolution. Never should a customer feel personally attacked when asking for a mistake to be corrected. The crew members were great and so friendly…but Management has clearly let the power get to their heads.

  Hi everyone, if you have order from here check your card our bank statement some is doing something illegal . They charge me twice one was today before they even open how is that possible. For same amount. Never been charged like this I need the manager and owner of that Domino's to send me there number. Going to cancelled my card and call my bank. Need an answer from management and owner of business.
