  Had a craving for a cookies and cream blizzard yesterday. Got it thru the drive thru, I took it home. Mostly cream a few cookies. What happen. Small was six bucks. Not a problem with the price. I just wanted a thick blizzard, not an ice cream cone. Dairy cream needs to step up. I will try again but if it happens again. I won't be back

  Placed an order at around 7:00 PM on April 29. Order taker correctly read order back to me as I asked for a banana split no chocolate extra pineapple to which he replied “2 pineapple 1 strawberry, got it”. Get my order, head home. Banana split not only has chocolate, but is missing strawberry, nuts, and cherry. Not sure where the confusion was, but it should not be hard to follow simple directions. Service was fast, but there’s a reason why.

  I placed an order for pick up last night. When I arrived the drive thru had a line to the street and the inside was full of people waiting for their orders. There were four people working, one working the fryer, one working drive thru, one working cashier and a floater helping out where needed most. The young man at the counter was very new. He was unsure how to make the seasonal ice creams, couldn't keep the numerous mobile orders straight, gave people the wrong orders and struggled taking orders of the people walking in. There were a lot of frustrated and angry guests who's expectations were not met. But what I saw was a team working together and doing the best they can. The young man at the counter didn't get frustrated, he asked for help when needed. When a mistake was made he took a second to regroup and organize and pressed on. The floater kept a smile on and worked fast, and was an extra set of hands when needed. Drive through girl covered her base and cleared the line and the fry cook in the back came out front to help the front get caught up when she had the chance. Was the service the best, no. But the ice cream was great and the team kept pushing forward when things were stacking against them.

  Drive thru ! This Savanna Banana Split shake & I added malt ! OMGoodness! Let me tell you ! It’s the perfect happy combo in one . If you need the fix and have a hard time finding the perfect solution for the cure , when it comes to calming your tastebud cravings like I do. Well this might do the trick !
