You could tell they cared about doing a good job and helping customers quickly without making mistakes. Overall, they made the visit smooth and positive, and I’d definitely come back when they’re working. They also said yes ma’am and I feel like that was a good sign of respect, Will be eating here again.

On several occasions I've noticed workers wandering around behind the counter not doing much more than socializing. We've also waited at the pick up window for long periods of time while the person working the window hasn't even acknowledged us. I've sat for 5+ minutes, backed up and pulled forward to retrigger the alert inside, and then waited an additional 5+ minutes all while someone inside is socializing.

When I walked in, I ordered for my kids. The employee literally threw the lettuce into my son’s burrito bowl. Additionally, the avocado was mostly brown and rotten. When wrapping my daughter’s burrito, said employee was not even wearing gloves! All in all, Chipotle needs to be out of business.
