  This location has gone down. The kids that work there are literally fighting behind the counter airing out their personal business. The lobby is always a complete mess and there is never any ice in the machine. All these employees and they just stand around, maybe two females actually do all the work and the rest of these young men behind the counter seem like they r just there to make a buck and don’t care about customer service. I rather go to a different location going forward. Get better workers with some passion and care.

  This might be the worst location of chipotle to ever exist. Smallest portion sizes (even when asking for double), understaffed always, tables never clean, some staff (not all) have zero facial expressions or emotions. I would recommend driving to the next closest chipotle if you can. I’ve been coming here for 17+ years and nothing has ever changed.

  Still a terrible location with rude staff. Previous review: Very rude staff , manager was very friendly but those dealing with to go orders need to fix their attitudes. I did report this to chipotle corporate as it creates an unsafe environment and seems almost as if the young staff were trying to pick a fight - and doing so in a conceal carry state is wildly inappropriate behavior. Why try to escalate? And I agree with another reviewer that this location has always been 50/50. When it’s good it’s the best - great managers here btw - but when it’s bad it is egregiously catastrophic. Having young female employees deliberately trying to create a hostile environment with paying customers. Why?

  I always have to get food from here for my staff... I always scan for rewards but they NEVER seem to give me my rewards which is only an issue at this store. And they also never give me a receipt to redeem the points later. The employees are so slow, inattentive, and melancholy, and every time I go in I count atleast half of their staff on their cellphones... My staff would never.... I despise that this is the logical location to go to, being that it's the worst location I've ever been to nation wide

  Please hire more people! This location is always understaffed and it shows in all aspects of the experience. The mass of people hovering over the soda fountain waiting for a mobile order or doordash make it a chore to fill a beverage. This IS unfortunately chipotle’s fault as they are always very sluggish with mobile orders, and overall this extra crowd of people makes the experience just that much more unpleasant. I by no means am blaming the employees themselves, as I think they do everything they can within their pay grade to enhance a customer’s experience. Usually, the portions here are akin to a dietary meal regiment. Make sure to ask for more, and ALWAYS order in person.
