- MCM C4 days ago1.0Deeply sadened by my interaction with the manager/supervisor on duty. The drive through was completely open. No line no wait. I had a pick up order at around 8:30 pm October 10th. Theres a major storm and tornado warning. No line in the drive through. Without compassion or kindness she mentions its policy "no drive through". I refrence the storm and that I wasn't aware of this policy before driving into the lane. Theres no one in the line. Only to come inside and staff seemed unaware of the order. 10-15 min wait is fairly excessive for a fairly empty cafe and an order put in ahead of time. I finally got the order only for staff to ask to see me click every last button on the app before I go back out in the rain. That goes against policy for late orders but I obliged only out of kindness. Ive never seen such a lack of warmth at a Chick-fil-A. Even one of the attendes thought it odd they'd require me to get in the rain with no one in the line. I wish you all the best of luck but Chick-fil-A is known for a higher level of kindness and empathy, especially when in a storm. There's a polite way to say anything. Wishing you all the best, but I dont think I'll be back.

- KFKaitlyn FiteSep 21, 20262.0I’ve always loved chick-fil-a but recently the size and quality of certain items seems to be slowly declining as you can see a couple of the nuggets in the 8 count are puny and they seem to be a bit thinner than usual as well along with that the food was lukewarm almost directly after getting it, the fries are also a hit or miss they’re either perfect or soggy and cold. I feel it may depend on the day but all days of business should be the same, I will continue to go eat at chick-fil-a but hope to see some improvements with food quality. I eat at chick-fil-a often so it’s disappointing to see the food quality go up and down every other time I go.
