No the ice cream, the sherbet doesn’t taste any better at this location than any other! But it seems to. Why? Because of the staff! It is very well managed and the customer service shines through and through. The young people who work there are outstanding and it shows in their disposition. They are always polite respectful and serve with impeccable manners. It’s a credit to their parents as well as the training they receive through the head manager. Compliments to the staff and those who are in the leadership role!,,,

Someone calls me a few days later saying sorry, website is messed up, need to fix that. Don’t have the special flavors. Fine, no big deal, just change it to a basic one. Day comes to pick up the cake, we go to this location that is farther because he didn’t know how to refund me so I could re-place at a closer store. Fine. Go to get the cake, with the receipt, and they claim to have the cake for NEXT week. No, receipt says this day this time, literally for right now. They claim no one is there to make it and they need the manager for a refund. My husband waits for an HOUR for the manager, they FIND THE CAKE IN THE BACK, but at this point, we don’t want it, we want the refund because this is nuts. They give us a cash refund, but the girl who worked there gave attitude like it was our fault from the beginning, made 0 effort and to even try to make this right and was mad when we got a refund. I will never, I repeat NEVER get anything from any baskin Robbins ever again. Wild experience. 10/10 do NOT recommend. If I could put 0 stars for this entire experience, I would.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
