When we get Barro's take out, I call it in and the man I speak with (don't know his name, so sorry) is always always amazing to me on the phone. When I arrive to pick up my order, my favorite employee there is BRISI!!!!!!!! Oh my goodness, I love love love her! BRISI is so welcoming and has the best energy. Her customer service is on point. I really appreciate her service every time I go in. BRISI always has a smile on her face and is the most sweetest!!!! Thank you BRISI!!!! Thank you Barro's Pizza!!!! And , not to forget you guys have the most amazing salad bar, not every Barros in Arizona has salad bar like yours, so that's extra bonus!!!!

The pizza was nasty. Like I can't even find the words to describe it. I had high hopes for the spaghetti and the lonely meatball. But again, just mediocre at best. The garlic bread was just as bad. How can you ruin garlic bread? They somehow did. I couldn't finish it. Does anyone know how to make good pizza in this area? They all taste the same. Customer service was just as bad. The only positive was the price for a small spaghetti was ok, but then everything else was a dollar add on. I definitely won't be coming back

This is the second time for an over cooked pizza. Manager was no help! We will go somewhere else who can properly prepare a pizza.

We all have off days in cooking. I believe I am an excellent cook but not every meal is perfect. Oh well. For my experience I can’t complain. Closest pizza to being at home. CHICAGO!!!!!
