  The pizza is good, the wings are dried out, the salad is low quality. The service is horrible, they were not friendly or helpful. Do not trust the time estimate given for an online order. I was told 25 minutes and it was more like 45, and they didn’t even have the salad ready even though they knew I was sitting there waiting. I asked why the time estimate was so off and I was not given a straight answer, just excuses, no apology. I left frustrated and in a bad mood.

  I like the pizza, but…don’t order extra cheese. I would estimate at least half the time when we’ve order it,they don’t do it, despite charging you for it

  This was our first time at Barro’s dining in,we placed our order and went to find seating. There were plenty of empty tables but all were still full of the previous people’s mess. There wasn’t anyone around cleaning so we cleared a spot and sat down. We waited along time and nothing was coming out to us so I went to ask if we could at least get our salads and they told us, oh you didn’t get them when you paid? I said no I never dined in and they informed me they were out of salad.The “manager” didn’t even know how to refund for our salads so we had to wait for him to try to figure that out .So we waited and waited for our pizza and it was hot but not very good. So as we left we saw I gentleman with a salad. I hope in 2 to 5 business days I see my refund for the salads they didn’t have. I would have expected more, all they did was move down the street. I would think as many pizza places are around the competition would make them better. Very unfortunate, I wouldn’t even bother with take out next time.

  The complete and uder disrespectful attitude that the 2 young blondes that were working on july 22 were showing to customers including me was outrageous I had seen it before from the 2 of them but tonight they were on a roll if they don't like there jobs they should they should quit customers do matter the way they talk to people is awful

  Pizza and service is sometimes good. When there is a sporting event its been horrible! Since they've moved to their new location the quality and service has dramatically gone down. Sometimes they don't even answer the phone. The young staff has an attitude towards people. This is the dirty box the pizza came in. I can only imagine how dirty the station is to make and cook pizzas. They do not know how to keep up or time magage on a busy day. Go somewhere else.
