  Not my first experience with Barro’s, pizza is usually good. This time my personal pizza dough was under cooked, sauce and toppings were good. Wings delicious.

  Are you looking for a delicious takeout pizza “any day of the week” and never have to wonder… “hummmmmmm🤔 it’s Monday, probably won’t be as good as ordering on a Friday…” My husband and I have been picking up pizza here in Peoria for almost 9 years because they “truly have it down”😎 on how to make an outstanding, authentic pizza 🍕 ANY day of the week! Outstanding dough - plain and simple! Incredible expertise in the kitchen with operating their oven, which many people don’t realize is KEY to ensuring a consistently delicious pizza! A incredible selection of yummy, fresh toppings, and a wonderful sauce, applied with a light hand, the only way!😎 Plus, affordability! And they’re in an area where there’s several places for pizza but… no one can touch Barro’s quality and product delivery!😊 And lastly, a staff that goes out of their way to provide outstanding service because … it comes through “right over the phone!” That’s right - we call 📞 them! It’s a great feeling when you feel their enthusiasm to serve you right through the phone!😎 Always friendly, and that’s what real customer service is all about! Not some high-tech service that feels like a robot’s directing you, and you’d better not make a mistake!😬 My enthusiasm to write this review is because when my husband and I never thought the pizza could ever get better after all the years we’ve been ordering the same pizza - yesterday (a Monday too!🤗) we got our normal pizza order, and hands down “it was the absolute best pizza” we’ve ever had anywhere in the US….…

  The pizza is good, the wings are dried out, the salad is low quality. The service is horrible, they were not friendly or helpful. Do not trust the time estimate given for an online order. I was told 25 minutes and it was more like 45, and they didn’t even have the salad ready even though they knew I was sitting there waiting. I asked why the time estimate was so off and I was not given a straight answer, just excuses, no apology. I left frustrated and in a bad mood.
