    Booths had tears in seats, food was warm at best not hot but was ok

    Food was delivered open and was obviously messed with. The app has no option to report and the restaurant won't answer the phone.

    Great customer service is so rare these days, so when it happens it deserves praise! My cashier tonight was wonderful. I was immediately greeted with a smile, and genuine politeness even though her shift was ending soon. The place was also spotless, including the condiment/drink station. It was one of the better experiences I've had at an Arby's.

    As far as Arby's goes, this one is decent. Usually not too busy. Service is usually pretty good but the restaurant itself is a bit worn down.
