  This will be my first and last time at this location the young ladies at the drive-through were uncommunicative. They had no one in their drive-through when I pulled up and they have what looks like one family in the dining room, and they have pulled every single car except the car that was directly behind me that I guess had a pick up order. The girl did not tell me that when she came to collect my money that there was a wait, I would’ve politely declined at that moment and kept on going home. Their attitudes are just a little weird and they’re moving so slow with no one at their restaurant. Odd. I might just walk inside and ask for a refund because how are you fast food and you’re pulling every single car in your drive-through and there’s only been three cars.

  Everytime I come Teresa always gets my order done correctly and all my sauces. I appreciate the priority, she takes in her job

  The new manager Ziana is amazing and made me reconsider going to this location, my order was messed up which happens often but for the first time I felt heard and she corrected my order without hesitation and quickly! Was super kind and helpful! I will definitely be going back if new managers like her are working there. Thank you for the improvement Arby’s!

  Myra the “manager in TRAINING” was very rude tonight at the drive through window. My food was made incorrect and she immediately shut me down and did not want to hear me out about my concerns. She really needs to be reconsidered for the position she’s training for I do NOT want to put my $ somewhere where I am not be taking into consideration or heard. She kept shutting the window on my face and failed to hide her frustrations. POOR MANAGEMENT!
