    Was double charged for an order places through the app. Order went through twice once with the coupon attached and another without. Same exact order, when I picked up the one order told the guy about the double order, he said they can’t do anything about online orders. I had to submit a ticket online. Received a call from Melissa, who said she would refund the 2nd order. After waiting the 5-7 business days, I never received the refund, when I called Melissa back she was very rude and condescending. She said she would look into it and call me back but that didn’t happen. I’m gonna have to dispute it with my card. Absolutely horrible customer service from a “manager”

    I ordered two sandwiches and when I asked for 6 sauce packets, I was informed I could only have 4. I asked why and they said there was a shortage of sauce packets even though the little tray was piled high with them. When I said that I either wanted my two sauce packets or my money back, they were perfectly willing to lose ten dollars worth of food, and a life long customer, over TWO,not ten or twenty but TWO packets of Arbys sauce, I was astounded. I haven't experienced such poor customer service in my life. I will never go there again and I will be telling everyone know about my experience.

    Place was empty, I’m doing uber they take more than 10 minutes to even ask what I needed. I don’t even wanna imagine how long I would’ve waited if there was actual people. When I say it was empty inside it was… first and last order I pick up from this place.

    Good luck picking up and order if you doing deliveries, place was empty and they still took them 10 minutes to even ask what I needed, I’m usually the type of people to not say anything first so it won’t be rude but wow is like they know is slow so they work slower.
