I went in and they had a pallet of cold food up by the deli where they keep the salads & sandwiches, that pallet sat out for the 30 minutes I was in the store, who knows how long it was sitting out before someone stocked the perishables that were on that pallet. Their hot bar is disgusting, they don't clean the water in the steam table every night like they should, so there is the nastiest, grossest, moldy water keeping the food hot. The health department needs to come and do an inspection and all the deli staff need their food handlers cards.

They were completely slammed at Starbucks but yet they were still sooo kind and made sure they got my drink to me as quick as possible!! They asked plenty of questions to make sure that the customizations on my drink were good and correct and really went out of their way to ensure I had the smoothest morning ever!! I’m not the type to write reviews so that’s how you know I was impressed!!

It seems that you cater more to those who use online orders/ delivery compared to those who actually show up to shop. This weeks ad features several specials that apply ONLY to designated shoppers ie: Milk, eggs, frozen vegetables etc. I needed all these items and left without them due to “Online/delivery” orders only. Also, please don’t expect your customers to return several times a week to take advantage of Red Hot deals. All “deals” should run the duration of the weekly ads so everyone has access to savings!
