  Our scout troop goes here for our last meal in town before we get to camp. Very convenient and accommodating, esp. when you call ahead.

  Pizza joint is a pizza joint is a pizza joint. Not true, really. If you want good pizza though, without paying a ton of money, Pizza Factory is on target. I don't have kids, but there's entertainment for the family at Pizza Factory. The staff was very friendly and fast. They're quick, it's very good pizza and you won't feel like you paid $50 for a $10 pizza. This is a pizza joint you'll want to visit often.

  Edit to add response to the owner's comment. Yes, I am well aware that tipping is optional. You need to remind your employees of that fact, so they aren't rude about not getting one! First time ever ordering from Pizza Factory in Payson. Upon pickup, the pizza was hot and looked good, although it was somewhat disappointing in flavor because it was not great or bad, just average. The customer service was on the same level because I had ordered online and I did not choose to tip, because I was ordering online, so there was no extra service. When I arrived, the employee looked up the order and printed out a receipt for me to sign (even though I had paid online) and it was an obvious attempt to AGAIN get me to tip. When I signed and did not tip, he looked directly at those lines and said in a sarcastic tone (quite loudly) "HAVE A NICE DAY!" Yes, I had a nice day because I will NOT be extorted into tipping for hourly employees that are NOT classified as tipped. They are already paid a full hourly wage and I ordered online, I drove to the location, and I walked in to pick up the pizza. Where was the extra service or exceptional service to warrant a tip? NOWHERE! I will not return.

  We brought our large Girl Scout troop before heading to camp. They were incredibly accommodating of our group and the pizza was delicious. The girls enjoyed the arcade after they ate. We will definitely stop here every time we are in Payson!
