  I eat great pizza at the Pizza Factory in Payson at least once a week for the past year. I do not live in Payson, however I make it a point to stop every week while traveling through town. The manager is extremely customer oriented. He ensures his staff is always busy whether it's extremely busy or not. His staff always is cleaning and ensures customer satisfaction. You can be sure you will be acknowledged when entering and given a pleasant smile and greeting. I love this attentention to detail and consistency. This is always a great place to go for lunch or dinner and to be honest, the pizza is excellent. Thank You to the Boss and all staff!

  We had to get our fettuccine remade because there was no chicken in it , and they wouldn't give us fresh garlic bread, the manager was rude and said he'd rather give us a refund than make us fresh garlic bread, next time we're going to pizahut

  We love Pizza Factory! This long time Payson restaurant always serves the best pizza, salads, etc. The folks there are courteous and very efficient. Most recently, our family enjoyed a pizza and salad delivery and we loved it. The portions are a definite value and delicious. Thanks again Pizza Factory!

  Living here for nearly a year, we finally made Pizza Factory our last local pizza stop—and we were completely blown away. The pizza is amazing, but as fellow business owners who understand marketing and customer experience, it’s the hospitality that sets this team apart. We witnessed the staff handle a third-party customer mix-up with incredible grace, anticipating the situation and going above and beyond. To top it off, they offered to comp our meal for a minor inconvenience that wasn't even their fault. That kind of proactive, Ritz-Carlton-level service in a local pizza joint is rare. Whoever is managing this spot is setting the absolute standard. You’ve earned loyal repeat customers for life, and we can state without hesitation that this is hands-down the #1 pizza spot in Rim Country—we wanted to extend a huge nod of appreciation from one local business to another. Exemplary work! 👏
