  Just picked up my online order. My sandwich look like they were using it as a punching bag. All the sauces slathered everywhere. It's ripped in half i did not almost pay $13 for this crap. And the lady in there, quite frankly, seemed like she was drunk. I'm so sick and tired of wasting money on people that can't make a simple sandwich. Are people really just this lazy, Jimmy John's needs to maybe hire better employees.

  My sandwich is always overloaded with very strong onions, even when you ask for easy onions. Also, hit or miss with bread being fresh. The staff is always helpful, fast, friendly and accommodating.

  Thanks for all the freeze smells! The great app with specials catered to my needs. Thank you for the clean restroom although the overpowering smell from the hand soap wouldn’t stop being what I smelled over my food. I practiced good hygiene. I washed my hands and I don’t wanna smell your soap while I’m eating your food.
