  We visited this Subway as a group of six for lunch. After finishing our meal, we needed to use the restroom. Although cleaning had already been completed and about 15 minutes had passed, we were still refused access and told it would take an hour to dry. We politely requested several times, but were denied each time. Denying restroom access to paying customers after they have finished dining is unacceptable, especially after cleaning was already done. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and made the experience disappointing. Overall, the customer service and handling of this situation need significant improvement.

  Si j’aurai pu mettre 0 je l’aurai mis. A peine un bonjour, un sourire n’en parlons pas. Barrière de la langue, difficile de se faire comprendre, l’employé ne fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre, nous regarde bêtement. Par contre le local après nous a eu le droit à de beaux sourires, et de petites blagues. Comme une impression de déranger. Le prix est excessif. A ÉVITER

  food is what we expected, prices were too high, for two 12’ , one combo , one single, we paid $45.49 all that would be acceptable even though its too much in my opinion. what is not acceptable is the customer service. Lady with red head, with one earplug in was extremely rude. When we wanted do add one more sub she said “jeez” and with enjoyed attitude went to take our next order. then arrogantly asked if this is enough. they have a sign there that they are short staffed and to be kind to our staff. i am not surprised they are short staffed because who would want to work with a woman like this? if they want to be kind to their staff, the staff should be kind to the customers !! not mentioning that you can not even sit inside if you would want to because they have all over the table the empty subway boxes- clearly to let you know you are not welcome to sit there. I wish i could read the reviews before i went there. this was the WORST. highly recommend to fire this lady, she is ruining your business here!

  Came in and used the restroom. Employee looked annoyed that we didn't immedietly order. Then proceeded to ignore us while wiping off a machine while looking at us. Another employee cursing about how tired he was and walked up and said "next customer". Sandwich making skills are pretty bad too. Terrible customer service. I can see why it has 2 stars.

  DO NOT GO HERE. This was a terrible experience. The workers there were very rude and disrespectful. I cannot stress that enough. The attitude was terrible. They did not make the sandwich well either, not even caring in the slightest. My footlong was half melted with cheese and half completely cold. The prices were very expensive for the little food actually given. The inside of the building smelled of rotten food and the bathrooms were not super clean. This place was the biggest waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs go to a different subway or restaurant.
