  1st time ever eating at a Sonic. Pretty good. Fries were a little underwhelming but rhe Double Sonic Burger was really good.

  I had ordered food and condiments on the app and had received my food without the condiments and didn't get told why.. I had to push the button for help to ask where my condiments were, I was then told that I would have to PAY for the condiments that were on my receipt for the order I pay for. If they have a problem with charging on the app it needs to be fixed on their end and should not be MY PROBLEM. Would not recommend ordering on the app at all. Everyone I had talked to was looking at me like I was stupid. I had to talk to 3 different people and didn't get the condiments I was owed without paying. After receiving my condiments I drove to the hotel I was staying at, and opened my bag of PAID condiments to then NOT receive ALL of the condiments I paid for I was so frustrated to have to go back and then ask again for my condiments! 0/10 would never recommend.

  Called to let the store know that I was going to be late in picking up my order, just in an attempt to be considerate to the employees. Whoever answered the phone was annoyed and sarcastic, which was disappointing to say the least. Im not asking that everyone be peppy or all sunshine and rainbows, but c'mon. Just unprofessional and off putting
