Great place for food but I really like their beer rotation. This time when you ask for a flight of beers you get to enjoy a flight of owls too. There is a family of great horned owls with fledglings ready to take flight.
loved the vibes of this place! however the service was… lacking heavily. i think maybe our server was overwhelmed? but he barely came to the table, never asked if we wanted another round of drinks, we had to flag him down to order things, and we had to track him down to ask for plates and silverware. the food and everything was amazing and it was so fun to look at the owls! one other thing that felt weird at the end was when i went to pay he told me there was a 15% grat on our large party and i was like awesome okay i’ll add another 5% because even for bad service i’d never tip lower than 20%. however, when looking at the receipt after, it was actually an automatic 18%, not 15%. and not to be rude, but i didn’t think his service deserved a 23% tip :/
anyways, on a slower night i’m sure this place is amazing !

My wife and I visited this establishment because we were given a digital gift card (InstaGift) for "Tucson Originals" that lists Noble Hops as a redeemable vendor. Our waitress didn't know how to process this and asked a more senior waiter for help who rudely dismissed her with a terse "we don't take that" and walked off.
That and my overpriced "Medium" burger was well past well done.
Very disappointed.
We won't be back.

I heard this place recently changed management, which might account for the poor food. We shared a meatloaf sandwich. The piece of meatloaf was thin, and barely covered half the bread. The potato salad and cole slaw were okay; nothing special. When I was told a pint of beer would cost me $10, I said no thanks.
The indoor seating area is pretty shabby. We would have sat outside, but the band was pretty loud, and we wanted to talk.
Won't be returning.
I used to come here more often before ownership changed and it was a very good option. The past three times I"ve been here, it's been with the same friend for lunch. My review is based on these three times. All three times, we ordered the same item: fish and chips.
The first two times we came here, Noble Hops was under previous ownership (first time) and the ownership had just changed (second time). The price of the fish and chips was either $18 or $19. Both times, my friend (a woman who's visibly larger than me) got the larger order of fish. It drove me nuts because I lift four days a week and do zone 2 cardio about an hour a day. I am HUNGRY all the time. But my friend who weighs more than me got literally a fish portion that was 30% more than mine.
More recently, we stopped by for lunch. New ownership. This time, the same meal was $24. Less fish. And the trifecta, the manager gave me the smaller size of fish by about 20%. Eyeballing the portion, it was so clear I got the smaller amount.
So guess who's never going back because not only do I ALWAYS get the smaller portion, but prices seem to have been jacked up a minimum of 35%. I noticed that burgers were a minimum $23.
My bill for a fish & chips, a lemonade plus tip (20%) came to $35. That is wild. This isn't a Michelin-starred restaurant. It's a local joint.
This same friend and I went to Teaspoon for brunch the week before and my very hearty meal was $14.
We also noticed that the restaurant was less busy than usual. In this economy, what are you doing?? Why would anyone go to Noble Hops?
