I don’t normally write reviews and leave well enough alone, but after today I had enough. I used to come here often (early morning and throughout day) but stopped coming because more often than not the employees in the morning were to busy talking and cursing among eachother to care for guests or they would talk for several minutes before the food would even be prepared. Then when you got your breakfast it was stale, English muffins were rock hard, or just downright cold the majority of the time. The day is no better, where the most consistency and freshest food only ever comes when an owner/main manager is present.
As for today, First and foremost, when ordering, the guy inside said through the box “what can I get you”, no question about how I am, or whether or not I’d use the mobile app. I gave him my code even though he didn’t ask, and it wasn’t working. After refreshing the app, he said it would be resolved in the first window. I said alright and ordered a filet o fish, 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches, an happy meal, some drinks, and then asked for a 10 piece chicken nuggets. The man taking the order confirmed and repeated the nuggets, and told me to go to the window, and that the issue with my app code could be resolved there (this wasn’t working and said it was invalid even after opening and closing app). When I got to the window, my code still wouldn’t work, the employee at the window offered no solution and kept cutting me off and telling me the total for my order without a single ounce of willingness to try and work on the app issue. I then asked her if my 10 piece chicken McNuggets were in the order, she confirmed they were, and I paid. I moved to the second window, got one of my drinks, my filet o fish, chicken sandwiches and was waiting for a happy meal, nuggets, and the rest of my drinks. I then noticed the nuggets were not in the bag, and I asked the employee. I explained both the guy at the order machine and the girl in the first window confirmed that I ordered nuggets with my order, and she rudely told me to check my receipt. I looked and saw that they did in fact not put the nuggets in the order. I told her this, she walked away without speaking, and then came back after a minute or so told me there was nothing they were going to do and if I wanted them I needed to go back through the drive thru and wait in line again. Mind you, I had already waited 10 minutes at that window and there was a massive line. I said never mind, the nuggets weren’t worth the wait and they slammed the window shut. When I drove off, i started driving home and started eating
My filet o fish to realize the fish was not warm at all, was in fact cold, and my bun was hard on both sides, crunchy all the way through, and the tarter sauce looked like it had been sitting on the bun for a hot minute. Overall my experience was terrible, the employees were rude and the first two seemed to tell me what I wanted to hear to get me to move on, and the last employee I dealt with really didn’t seem to give a damn about how they treated customers. Will not be coming back for a while as this is the exact reason I stopped coming in the first place. Zero consistency, zero customer service skills, all attitude.
