They're all clueless. They take your order while being rude. What kind of service is that? Both the person taking the order and the one delivering it. It's really bad. If they don't like doing their job well, what are they doing there?

- AJAnna Maria JuryMay 21, 20264.0Today for the very first time we received excellent service at the McDonald's in Rio Rico. Our order was missing the fries, but Ramon was quick to give them to us. Not only was he fast but courteous and apologetic for the mishap. I noted he was in the dinning area and running the register and actually helping, something I gave never seen. His presence made a big difference. I only wish this continues. This McDonald's has so much potential if the service was faster, staff were more friendly, dinning area kept cleaner, staff helped non speaking English customer use the kiosk, and last the portions need to be worthy of the money you pay for. Ramon did a fine job and is an asset to McDonald's. Thank you.
