  Was over charged on 4/20/2026 in the morning. I told the lady at the drive thru window and she removed the extra sandwich and said I would receive the refund. I never got a refund Edit reply: I did the follow up. The only thing the customer care team did was ask about what phone I have, what software version, and what version of the McD app I have. I’m still upset and still out of that money

  This location has very friendly nice employees, they are well organized in the drive thru and very thorough.

  All the employees here seem so unhappy to be working at this location. Their wait times are ridiculous and their customer service is awful. My meal was cold from it sitting for so long and even after I paid for a side of Mac sauce the boy employee just left it on the back kitchen counter I had to walk into the kitchen and grab my sauce. Location lacks basic customer service skills.
