  I'm truly amazed by the consistent innovation at this establishment. Who needs sauces when you can experience the thrilling mystery of what your meal could have tasted like. Clearly reading comprehension is a luxury reserved for the pre-iPad generation. Bravo on redefining the dining experience, one dry meal at a time!

  Stood there for 10 minutes at the counter no one even looked over they we were standing there. And people in the back cussing at customers in the drive through. Usually all WBs are great had the same experience 2 times at the same place.

  The burgers were so so, they needed seasoning. The employees made me feel bad because they appeared miserable and it came through in the service. Also the facility was in need of a deep cleaning, or a light cleaning to start with.

  I don't have a Whataburger around me so everytime we visit the Tempe area we have to go, at least twice! First time to this location. Went at the beginning of the week and everything was ok, service was good but the burger wasn't juicy as I remember. Went again today and another let down, I ordered the exact same thing but went through the drive thru this time, when we got back to hotel there was a crap load of mustard on the burger ( I do not care for mustard), I ordered dry/plain, she even double checked my order at the window before I paid. And the coke was flat, didn't taste like coke at all, no carbonation. Won't be back to this one next trip.

  Where on this receipt did I purchase a sausage egg and cheese biscuit? Breakfast platter meal and then a platter with sausage eggs and a biscuit but they gave me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I blame myself for not going to get my own damn food.
