    Their customer service is horrible! They lied to get me to pay for more. I asked for a small and they said they only have one size. Come to find out they have two sizes and one of them is small. They lied again and said they would correct it and give me a discount. They threw half away for only one of them and charged me for a kids size and gave me a kids size. That's not a discount that's wasting food. The other one? Because it wasn't on the kids menu I was stuck with it and had to pay full price. I asked if they were going to throw it away and the guy said yes. When I asked the girl she lied and said no. I said so what's going to happen and she said I am going to drink it. So congratulations to her on getting a free smoothie. I hope it was delish and she loves it. I also ordered 3 acai bowls. I get home, I only have two. So now we are left with no desert for one kid. I call them to see if they will make that right, nope, nope they won't. I can come back and pay for the 3rd one. I don't trust them to make anything at this point. The girl was so rude and condescending and literally walked away laughing at me and the guy was so high he could barely keep his eyes open and put together a sentence. Which is probably why he had to take my order twice and I had to tell him to speak up so I can hear him multiple times. I asked for a manager, they said they don't have one on the weekends and I will have to call back during the week. I asked what time and they said I dunno we don't know their schedule try in the morning maybe Now we are one sweet treat short from a happy family, and had a horrible experience. This isn't our first bad experience. We have left 3 other times with nothing ordered due to them not having acai. And have spent many times waiting forever in line. This is just the 1st time I am choosing to speak up about it, normally I just let it slide.

    Good food, absolutely terrible service. They need to fire just about everyone that works there and start fresh, they're all rude, unprofessional, and frankly not good at what they're meant to do. Not going here again.

    DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU at the location. They sincerely SUCK. Trapped in the drive thru for 30 min every time. Never returning.

    Randomly stopped for a smoothie and snack while killing time this afternoon. I think the person covering front was having a rough day. Barely looked at or engaged with me, but was also slamming things while making the smoothie and arguing with someone through her headset. Eeek, and hope it gets better for them. Positive note, the smoothie was good so there is that. Was just an uncomfortable customer experience.

    This is my second time here, hoping to have a better experience since my first once was not so great. It wasnt. I got an Acia bowl and wrap hoping to eat before I get dental work done that will prevent me from eating most solids, and it was frozen solid, and the wrap was soggy and greasy, everyone that works there that I met were very rude including management. I'd recommend Jamba or anywhere else.
