  They have AI slop posters at their other restaurant that is attached called Cirinos Pizza which kills the appetite. Something has been an annoyance since beginning coming to this Mesa location was is the options for drinks and the fact that they don't offer pickled red onions. The chilaquiles has always been our go to but every time we've ever tried adding a protein to it it just ruins the meal. The drink options are sorely lacking, you can pay 4 dollars for a can of soda or drink tap water. The tables are rarely clean and somehow they never have normal ingredients for the stuff on their menu, such as banana Nutella crepes. How are they expecting us to buy something off the menu and be okay getting half of what we ordered. The drink options are sorely lacking and insanely overpriced, by far the weakest part of the experience. The AI slop posters on the outside of the building have pushed me away from every going back along with the mid to terrible experience every time. Edit: The menu doesn't say it is $2.50, it says they are 4 dollars for bottled sodas and cans are not listed so what is a customer to expect? I didn't buy it because The menu says it's 4 dollars or the closest thing that is available is 4 dollars. How am I supposed to know that it is 2.50 if the menu doesn't say that? Do you expect people to have to ask about it, 4 dollars is robbery but 2.50 isn't much better, that's basically the price of a drink anywhere else that comes with refills and is base more than 12 oz. My point is that it isn't worth it. I do think that the food could be better with pickled red onions but that's purely opinion. My review is to let others know what they can expect so if they also want pickles red onions they can expect to not get it here. Truly my primary complaint is the AI posters, it's incredibly offputting and actually looks disgusting, appetite killer. This is both feedback and a warning to other customers who might be conscious of the damage AI is doing to the environment and also who think it looks disgusting. Thank you for receiving my feedback.

  We fell in love with the food at the Arcadia location so we were happy to hear that the Mesa location opened up. But over time of coming to the Mesa location the quality of the food has dropped. I came with my partner and a friend. We ordered the chilaquiles and removed the onions because they aren't pickled. We decided to add chicken and it looked gray and tasted old/gamey. The cans of soda are a whopping $4 we each so we opted for water. Inflation has been a killer so I don't fault them for that. We also ordered the carne asada omelette and it was burnt. We also tried to order banana nutella crepes but they didn't have bananas (this is the third time this has happened) so we didn't order any. I couldn't finish my half of the chilaquiles and didn't try the omelette. The seating area also smelled like mildewy rags and most of the tables had not been cleaned. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back. ☹️

  My Food lacked flavor even with salt and pepper added My brother said the same thing about his food biscuits and gravy. Not enough flavors My sister is super picky barely touched her food. It wasn't bad but not good either. I didnt see any mangement walking around. Usually id see the owner walking around talking to customers. Only saw 2 young staff ladies. Running around keeping the business running. Laya was super sweet. Very helpful and knowledgeable for 5 days. She is the reason your company review got a 3 star not a 2. An Uber driver waited way to long for thier food. Laya was on top of it and got the order quickly. She has a great work ethics. I will be back for that pizza

  The food is good. Mesa needed another breakfast spot and this fits the bill nicely. It's a cute place and both dishes we got were solid. However, when we arrived nearly all the tables were empty but hadn't been cleaned. The coffee bar wasn't stocked and the water jug was basically empty. I don't mind self service but I do think they needed more staff to clean up a little and keep the self service stuff stocked.

  I really really wanted to like this place. It has been recommended to me a few times and there are stellar reviews on multiple platforms for this restaurant. Unfortunately, I don't my husband and I will ever return. Another bad review compared this place to a cafeteria. I kind of agree. You seat yourself, get your own water, get your own to go container, and you bus your own table. You do most of the work a waiter or waitress would do but they still ask you for a tip. A tip is for excellent service which they don't provide. Food prices were very high for what you get. My husband and I both had hash browns as a side to our order and they were revolting. They genuinely tasted rancid and my husband has been very sick ever since we ate there. Mesa has so many great local breakfast spots. I would go anywhere else.
