  The chips and salsa were delicious. I don't handle spicy foods to much but I ate the salsa. The ceviche toastas brought my niece back to her childhood when her grandmother would make it. She loved it. My taco from the daily special #34 was very favorable. My boyfriend had the lengua burrito. He said it was good.

  Food is always good and Customer service is usually amazing but today the employee with the hoops was very rude taking our order today. We had ask what the grande burrito had and she just said it was a big burrito didn’t specify what came in it. She made the experience un-enjoyable with her attitude by making us feel we were inconveniencing her but asking questions about the menu.

  Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience here. I politely let the staff know that I didn’t like my food and asked if I could either get a refund or exchange it for something else. Instead of trying to help, the girl helping me immediately caught an attitude and was rude throughout the interaction. She even wanted to charge me extra just to get something different. I understand that not everyone will like every dish, and I brought it up respectfully. Good customer service is about how you handle those situations, and this experience left a bad impression. I won’t be coming back.

  We have been trying Mexican Spots around the east valley and not having any luck. This place was coming up in my social media feed with their Burrito Grande and decided to take a ride and check it out. They have outdoor and indoor seating, plenty of parking and a drive-through. There were many choices but we tried the grande burrito and chile relleno platter. Both were delicious. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend giving them a try.

  For a few years now I have been on a journey to find the best carne asada in the valley. I stopped by here with my daughter as I have heard good things about them and also the variety of aqua frescas were a bonus. Ximena took my order the #31 with the cantaloupe aqua she was very friendly and helpful and I felt welcomed and not rushed as it was my first time there looking over the menu. Let me say the carne asada did not disappoint! I left there thinking it was in the top 2 that I have tried. But consistency matters right, so the next day on my way home from work I went back. The drive thru is a very convenient option and they are fast. On this day Ashanty helped me out an what better way to confirm their carne than to go with the el Grande burro and of course more aqua fresca. I was unsure of which aqua to get as the choice were different today but Ashanty allowed me to try the lime & cucumber and it was very good so I went with it & a horchata. Thank you for the great service and food you have earned a regular in me and my family. I highly recommend the carne asada as it holds its place as one of the very best in the entire valley in my opinion, the prices are great, the portions are perfect, and the great service is appreciated.
