Stopped by here because I'm a sucker for delicious Filipino food and was not disappointed. Very friendly staff and service. They even had a Sari-Sari store inside. I devoured the lumpia and palabok. The portions were generous and scrumptious. I'll visit here again.

Arrived at 1055am. They open at 11am. Seating/tables were already virtually occupied. We ordered at 1115am. Server told us the wait time will be 30 mins max. Given that they were busy, and we understand, we stayed and waited patiently. 35 mins passed and 2 other tables that arrived approx 20mins AFTER we placed our order got theirs first. 45 mins… our food is still MIA. I asked one of the servers politely that we’re still waiting for our food and 2 tables that came 20 mins after us already got theirs. They apologised. And said it’s coming. A total of 1 hour and 10 mins and 3 tables of newer diners got theirs before we did. When our food finally arrived on our table, they’re room temp. Perhaps been sitting waiting to be served to our table. The dining area was also uncomfortably warm. Food was ok. Pancits were room temp and could use seasoning. Loaded Palabok with lechon kawali? We had a couple slices the size of a small shrimp. There were 4 small shrimps, a dust of chicharon. And 2 lumpia Shanghais … bout thumb sized cut in half. We had high hopes. Our experience was disappointing and a learning experience.

Ordered on line for take out, showed up at the store. I told the lady pick for online order. Waited for good 20 minutes my food came out one by one and they didn't even put it in the bag. I have to do it myself what a customer service I tell you. The service from the Camelback location is sub par than this one. Dunno what happened to that location it says on Google map it permanently closed. And one thing for sure on their website there's an option how your food to be cook and on my order I have an instruction not to over cook it and still overcooked come on now man!

This place is a little reminder of home and the atmosphere was just as though you were in the Philippines with the little sari store. Staff was very friendly, ordered the Ube Horchata and Crispy Kare Kare for dine in. Then the Pork Adobo + Lumpia to go. They were quick and food presentation was amazing. It tasted great for it just opening in the Mesa area. Very reasonable pricing. Wish there was more rice with the plates but overall, definitely recommend and will be back!

This was my first time eating at Tambayan, and I was pleasantly surprised. I am fairly new to Filipino cuisine and I found the food here flavorful, comforting, and unlike anything I have tried before. The staff was welcoming and happy to explain the menu, which made it easier for a first-time visitor like me to choose what to order. I decided to go with the chicken inasal, fried bangus (milkfish), pork sinigang, and a side of pancit. All the rice plates were simple yet perfectly proportioned and presentable. My favorites were the chicken inasal, pancit, and lumpia. I was not a fan of the pork sinigang, as I found the acidity from the tamarind a bit too strong. I am glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried Filipino food. I enjoyed the unique flavors each dish had to offer, and I look forward to coming back to explore more menu items in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something new!
