  Ordered a simple taco and a simple burrito got home everything was cold but then go ahead and start eating it no meat in the taco and a bean beef burrito was covered with onions and all kinds of other stuff

  All the employees are Great at their jobs but one person definitely stood out for me and that was Mariya B. Very polite and good at her job ☺️

  Total of 26 mins in the drive thru. Avoid this location at all costs. Many other locations around. As a small business owner being accountable for the people you employ is a must, this location consistently employs staff that are significantly limited in the basic skills needed to complete even to most simple of tasks. Not one adult in sight, can’t be legal. Etiquette is non existent, Customer service is non existent, management skills are non existent, this shows a pattern of apathy that only stems from the top. Until the owners start to care how their staff is treating people, this location will always be a skip. 👎 Absolutely horrible location

  Your drive-thru experience today was terrible. I tried to take a few seconds to verify my order at the window, and your staff rushed me because of a timer. That’s unacceptable. I don’t care about your timer—I care about getting the correct food for my family. If orders were accurate, customers wouldn’t need to double-check before leaving. Rushing people out the window just guarantees mistakes and frustrates customers. On top of that, your food quality doesn’t justify the prices, so service should at least make up for it—but today it didn’t even come close. You need to prioritize accuracy and basic customer service over speed metrics. Right now, you’re failing at both.

  It says on the door and website that the dining room is open until 12am . Doors were locked before 10pm and we were told dining room was closed!
