  I went to the Taco Bell drive through this morning on Stapley, just north of Southern and a young lady asked if I had an order number. I replied that I did not but wanted to order a breakfast burrito. I received no response. I tried to get her to respond by saying "hello" a couple of times but she refused to answer. After about 30 seconds or so, I pulled around to the front of the store and noticed the store did not open for about another 20 minutes. The team member could have simply explained that we're not open instead of refusing to speak at all. The person on the other end of that intercom is in need of some additional training in order to improve her people skills. I found my treatment at this facility was very rude and disrespectful.

  Taco Bell is always a good spot to go. They were fast with the food.

  Been coming here a lot lately and they always get my order right, the food tastes good, and they provide good customer service.
