  Worst location ever. Not only did a few days ago wrapped my food bad where everything fell out as I opened it but today sealed the deal. Went when its not busy, they still missed a drink to where I had to come back. As well as missed my nacho cheese. Couldn't come back through the drive through so I went in. It took over 3 minutes for before ANYONE acknowledge me even as I was the only person in the front and they all made eye contact with before before those 3 minutes. Then I when I said I was missing my cheese the older lady (the only old person working that night) shook her head in disbelieve and filled a cup half way saying it was full. I saw and asked If they can give me an extra one. She said she would have to charge me full price in a rude tone. Even after I explained I already came back once for my drink that they missed and now for the cheese. She doubled down saying full price. So someone else got my cheese for free but I can't get even 1 full cup like I paid for! Awesome and thank you for that horrible customer service 👏 I will never be back to this location and honestly I'm probably just going to jack in the box nearby instead of ever buying any tacobell again.

  Drive thru night shift is full of incompetence and extremely rude. Cashier Reyna L Z couldn't get my order right. He overcharged me and gave me food I didn't order, even after I corrected them. I'm pretty sure he left out the mild sauce on purpose because he was getting frustrated that I kept having to correct him because he got my order wrong twice. I said cheesy bean and rice burrito, not bean and cheese burrito. It's not that hard.

  I usually have good service here and everything, but tonight was an exception to that. I specifically asked for and was charged for an extra Nacho Cheese ($1 extra) and trusted it was right because I've never had issues here in the past. But got home to find out that I did not get that nacho cheese I paid a dollar extra for. I should have checked though seeing as it was a couple of employees I have never seen any of my other visits in the past.
